this can be substantiated with my diarrhoea incident this morning and the recent tennis incident, and more and more...

when i boarded the bus, i feel like i need the toilet. the feeling grew worse after 15 mins... i told myself cannot and keep thinking still got like 40 mins more, as the bus cannot stop at the highway. after much more self affirmations and strong will power, i ren till i reached school. saw june with her new hair smiling at me, then i ran for the toilet. hahaha. yay!

okay... it rained today again! so our last trng, the coach didn't come. wow. eco photoshoot was shit, tennis was shitter, and whats worse, the ppl told us they made a mistake for our individual photoshoot the other time. No wonder, they mistaken us for student leaders and made us stand like straight straight when we are supposed to do some "lively" shots like other sports cca de...
so retaking tmr morning... wah lau, i dunno how to take what lively shoot lah...

went home with jiaqi, sj and feloh...
i realised it sucks to let the whole world know your secret... i like it when u tell to some close buddies then the few of u laugh luagh laugh when sth happen... yeah.

sth to look forward to... will be camping at nicole's hse tmr till friday morn, dress up and go school for teachers' day=)

how shld i start, today's is friday's timetable...

GP raised my blood pressure. i am sorry mr tan for having to handle a class which unluckily got a handful of ppl who do not have the sense of urgency like other Dunmanians. but i guessed at least i was always punctual and comparatively attentive. but i know there are still a lot of things to be done for gp. thanks for the lecture, i hope it will wake us up.

next, haha, i was right, it rained before tennis!

but then it stopped, so we had the semi-finals and finals matches!

it was a major walkover for some ppl, like yichen. i walked over feloh into semi-finals, as she had piano lessons and booked the venue already. so i competed with hazel (yr 6 vice-cap) and i won 3-2 sets! tell u wat, i lost 2 sets at first but i caught up and won 3. just like my first match with fangmin, (i just realised fang min was ranked first last year)... cool man...

in the end i ranked 2 for females singles! not bad hor... my finals (gold medal match, hahaha) was against leanne (yr 6 cap) and i lost to her by ONE ball, really! ONE!
we tied at 2 sets each, and the last match was first to reach seven balls. And guessed what? the sets were 2-2, and the points were 6-6, match point! and i lost unfortunately. but it was a good experience and it made me realised there is so much more to improve on!
hope i can get a trophy for being no.2=)

met ching and dora, lyon, libing, simin for a while at bugis for dinner and settle some stuffs for dress up this friday. Guppy gave ching 50 bucks to invest in his dress up, and we got him a scarf, accesories and belt, woah, look out for him this friday.

except just now in the afternoon, before the wind blew the rain in our direction, i thought the view outside my hse look like Genting covered in the mist and rain. and i really really saw small snow flakes flying around in the wind. even my mum said it too at the same time.

it is still raining outside now, and the view still looked misty. i cannot see the flyer or the buildings.

tmr have apocalypse lit play to watch.

nicole, yujia n ching jio me out to bugis tonight, to go or not? still deliberating...

woah. its been a tiring day.

haha, quite suay, 2 days during the tennis comps it has to rain, on and off, on and off.

oh, discovered that our teacher's day celebration theme clashed with 5C32, school of rock, i guess.
but its good in a way, that we are of the same house, and maybe the coherence can bring some house pts to help redeem our house.

Due to the slippery floors and rain, our matches have to be put off.
and, mr hardi says that he has hence no choice but to take out the doubles and mixed doubles category, as there will be no time to complete.
i want to rant about irresponsible cca teachers, but i guess that blogging has its limitations and freedom of speech comes with responsibility, so i shall not.

i guess me and feloh had a good chance of winning female doubles, and it would be interesting to play mixed doubles with yuanming, he was a little excited too i guess.

i really really really wish that i could have joined a sport cca with really committed members, teachers and coaches. It is really cool to see how the cca members really give it their best during every trng to try to push themselves a little further to achieve better results.

Looking at the volleyball senior high play, i guess i really envied the trng sessions, the intensity, and that you could feel that each of them are committed in their own ways.

so i sat down together with shea jean, geraldine and jean to watch the vball sh players play from 5 till bout 6.30. i really could sit and watch them play the whole day. to think i was almost in the team a couple of years ago, but i rejected the opportunity as my mum told me not to play outdoor sports under the sun.

anyway, sth very funny. could visualise it again.

me and jinwen, leanne and hazel went for our individual photoshoot for the school mag. horrible. heehee we were telling each other not to peek when we were all taking individually, i guess some of us could not resist the temptation and it ended up in giggles and chuckles. (this is not the funny thing)

after that we went back to tennis court to play. It started raining so heavily that everyone had to evacuate themselves and belongings to the gym. Nicholas continued to pick balls in the rain. me and jiajin felt guilty, so we decided to go back, with a umbrella. so we started picking up tennis balls in the rain under my umbrella. hahaha. then the rain stopped. i closed my umbrella. then it rained again. haha, i sheltered jj to the gym. then used the sh umbrella system, and instead it was me a junior sheltering leanne a year 6 to the gym. hahaha.

dunno why it just felt funny. we ended up wet and the balls muddy. we wanted to wash them, but mr hardi said he will tmr. mr hardi? tmr?

after watching the vball, me and jean had such a urge to play. so they decided to bring their ball next week. =)

today i could only remember during lit. when miss ng refuses to spare us grace over the assignments which she did not informed us that marks will be deducted each day u forgot or neva wateva to hand in. As well as for red cliff. so i have 0 for it, and a -ve 6. Talk about punctuality and good students. i guess i have been one. really. and when i just happen to neglect the rc. assign. i get marked down for it with june as well. what the.

but heheh, as mentioned me and jolene are good students. nearly all the time only me and her participated actively and are dominant contributors to keep discussions ongoing. but i guessed me and jolene were rather affected by the above, and thus, the class was eeriely(i can't find a better word) silent. woah. see.

next was computing test. yay. i could compile and get an answer. but i did not do my uml and got i small mistake.

i was soosooooo cold (maybe frigging out). sitting at first row. then we started. everyone was moving their pens like mad. scribbling and writitng within that 1 hour 15 mins. quite cool. when i completed it i almost felt like promos were over. happy that i didn't leave any qtn blank. but dunno what the result might be, as it has always been unpredictable.

got ching hsien and yujia to accompany me and jolene for dinner and hw. considering that we just finished test earlier on, i think we are quite guai le. did my elit journal. hope that the effort i put in can redeem me the 3 marks i lost due to the point counting system.

okays yesterday.

wah, had my first singles yesterday.

but i was feeling horrible.

Had a bad backache such that i cannot even reach near my toes when i bend.
Furthermore, i fell down in the small drain outside tennis court right before my match. My leg was injured and swell. but the year 6 had been waiting for me to start. so i decided to carry on in spite of many people asking me to postpone my match(olympic spirit, haha). And off we went. wasn't really a skills match but more of a service one.

she got me 6-0. i did not feel anything, no emotions, just concentrating on playing the match and the balls. then it was 6-5. i caught up. then 7-5, 8-5, 8-6, 9-6, 9-7, 10-7. She was ten and i was seven it was the match point. I had no feeling at all at that moment. i guess one really should not think about consequences but just the match alone. then 10-8, 10-9, 10-10! it was sudden death ball. and i won.

yay!

at the end of the match then i felt the happiness spredaing thru my body. as well as the pain.
so i bought salonpas.

up till today i have used 6 pieces le.

whee, need some more for tmr's matches.

i am tired. i am officially tired.

Have been pulling through all the busy school days, heaps of homework and tests. Staying late at night with homework in my mind. getting home almost when the skies are beginning to turn dark, and then looking forward to my sofa. pulling through like physical exercises 4 days out of the 5 days (though i really enjoy sports and look forward to them practically), but then i end up with a bad backache. and not enuf sleep.

BAH.

this is a rant.

woosh. after ranting, everything feels better, and i feel some positive energy back in me again.

but still, i cannot straighten my back. hurts.

bah. tmr have tennis intra-com.

have singles against this senior(peeps say she is quite gd), doubles with feloh against probably jeanette they all or flea. and mixed doubles with yuan ming against i dunno.

hope that this will be a good experience. oh, i almost forget i have to umpire or be linesmen. so cool, and busy. got to play and umpire.

nvm, i still enjoyed watching Singapore's flag being raised. Our first medal in the beijing Olympics! so i took a video of it. Most of it featured china and its players and flag though.

i got distracted in the process of the ceremony. The sky was BLAZING outside my house. a moment of red orange and then black again. On and off, maybe still until now from the ceremony just now. Scary! my mum said there might be sth burning. i tot it might be an alien. oh no! and i caught it on my hp! are they going to destroy me?

anyway, yesterday had this tennis skills test. People involved should know that this cert means nothing. Why, you all should know, the coach should know.

anyways, woah, played tennis from 3 to 7 yesterday! wah, my back hurts a lot, now i know how the elderly feel to have a backache and cannot stretch their back properly.

Went dinner with ching hsien at bugis. Pasta mania was crowded, so we went food republic=)
nevertheless, i spent equally a lot on my dinner. $7.50 for this japanese omelete rice with chicken cutlet! i chose the curry rice with the curry gravy! it was fantastic, propably because i am hungry and the food was sizzling hot. then we had ice kachang for desert and we looked at the time, gosh, it was 9.45 le.

next week has tennis comp. internal school comp. i guessed i signed up for singles, and doubles with feloh, mixed doubles i didn't bother to go find. wish me luck=)

Yesterday night had pw with dora and libing at the airport.
ideas come when people are happy=)

anyway reached home at 12 plus...
then i on the tv in hope that there will be any olympic games still going on that aren't repeated.
Guess what, its the basketball btw china and usa!
woah. i then realised that i haven been watching basketball matches before on tv, so i don't really know yao ming other then the fact that he is tall and famous.
But guess what i fell asleep when the match just started, so i didn really get to see yao ming in action again.

Olympic is just fabulous.

By the way it rained at NDP yesterday. My mum was exclaming how the poor soldiers and the ministers were getting wet. Everyone had to put on their cute ponchos.

It rained at Beijing Olympics too. And the poor cyclists had to endure the cold and rainy weather throughout the 6 hrs cycle on and off. And tennis was delayed a couple of hours. Worse, the archery women had to carry on admist the rain. It is a wonder how they managed not to get distracted.

I have to mention this.
The legend of the women archery. KOREA! woah woah woah!
They were awesome. Really i caught their competition against Italy. They set a world record of 231! oh my god. WORLD record! super good. The last lady of the team must be the legend of the women archery. Of all her shots, she got only one 9 and the rest perfect score of 10.

But what i liked most is still gymnatics for men.
They've got the moves and bodies. And their postures, releases and swings are just incredible.

Jolene reminded me of this cute korean swimmer.
Yup he got a gold medal for korea. And never before had korea aced in this category before.

I think this year's olympics is really fantastic. And everyone is just setting the bar higher and higher. 3 cheers for sports!

Wah, i have a dream now. That is to take part in the games... Omg, definitely impossible. But really, i would loved to be part of the Olympics. You get to compete with the best of the best. And interact with those who share the common goals as you. And train as hard as you too. Imagine how much adrenaline will be rushing through your body. Cool!

I caught some of the men's cycling, women's weightlifting, and gymnatics.

Chen Xiexia (shld be if remembered correctly) won the first gold medal for her country in the Olympics. For china! the hosting country leh, everyone must have been so proud of her. But she was super good at her weightlifting. Created Olympic Record! and her she locked her moves cleanly and beautifully.

While i was eating breakfast, the men were cycling. when i was eating lunch, they were still cycling. Now,, they are still cycling. Keep up the hard work guys, as your efforts are going to pay off in some moments.

Gymnatics was awesome.
I wanted to mention some names like Igor and another guy who did great in the afternoon. But i couldn't remember the details so.
But there is this Japan guy whose body is super good and good looking. And scored a point of 15.5 or sth. Argh, how can i forget his name! Good job. The releases and then the moves are really accurate and strong. And the landing was quick and clean.

My mum told me that of all the birthdays that Singapore has celebrated in her past 42 years. It had never rained. But it is raining over here now. Looking out of the window, i dunno if it is raining at Marina Bay now. But cross fingers. Hope that it wun. Otherwise. ALOT of people will be sad and affected.

Today is National Day! yay!

Even though my past memories of National Day are just sitting in front of the tv at around 5 plus till 8 or 9 to watch the NDP, and also looking at the fireworks frm my living room windows (yes! and i can also see a mini version of the Singapore Flyer too ^-^) Nevertheless, today is still a significant day!

Okays, i shall start to blog about the past few days on watever i remembered, since i have either been too tired to blog, or haven found the time.

Weds - BMTC
whee, came to school only computing and econs lessons. Slack day. and went for BMTC visit later.
I am in the green grp, whee.
It was not very exciting, nor very interesting. But then it gave us an insight to what some of our fellow guyfriends have to expect in due years, so its quite an eye-opening. We were given an apollo choc cake and oreo biscuits and water. Thought i was going to starve so i had eaten a considerable amount to keep my stomach full. Wrong thing to do.
Oh anyway it looked as if the guys are going to stay at some resorts on some island lah during this BMT. Saw the beds, some facilities, and had some idea of what are some trainings that will take place.
Ching Hsien seemed very excited and say she will go army as its very cool and she love the obstacles courses.
My take on army and BMT: I think that it is definitely an experience of a lifetime. And guys involved will really get to build up super close friendship or get those Brothers frm these 2 years. Dead jealous that they will get to experience sth so deep down that we girls dun get to (as there isn't an army camp that is designed to cater to all girls) And then there will be the separation into air, land and the navy... so cool! But then there is the physical trainings and tests to worry about, but then think, there is so much mentally and physically to gain at the end of army, so guys, think positively and go n experience army!

After BMTC me, jolai, yujia, agnes, zhiying, and sheryl (i dunno if this spelling right) went to white sands to eat dinner. For what also happened u all can visit jolene's and agnes' blog. Then we went to mug(i am not sure if it was really effective) at kfc for an hour or so. Ate BNJ then went home=)

Thurs - Red Cliff

As a result i have to miss my first econs intervention.
Oh, PE was rather boring too. It was on tennis. still doing the basics, and our class lagged behind by others alot. as our slot clash with another class, and have to rotate to use the courts every wk. SIAN.
Mr Gi didn't come for lessons today. So me and ching hsien and simin stayed in com lab to do our stuffs separately.
I am a good girl. I was doing my maths for 1 and half hours. With frequent interruptions from Ching to show me DBSK. have to agree that they are super hilarious and fun to watch.
Ching was spaming DBSK. simin was doing her PW.

Then we went down to assemble for Red Cliff.
Quite weird. The peeps are segregated into the CLL, EL, CL, CSC buses. Some GP peeps joined ours(EL).
I regretted buying popcorn and coke($7.50) and not even having the urge to eat one tenth of it. haha. Ching helped me finished almost all off(thanks. otherwise i wun know what to do with it) I am not allocating my money efficiently.

The show was GREAT. Argh it cause me to appreciate the chinese culture more. made me think why hasn't i been studying more about it now. Nvm.
I think this show made me love the GOOD over the EVIL more. And i am personally impressed by the strategies, and battling skills displayed by liubei, sun quan and zhouyu ( pardon me if i have stated the characters wrongly) and zhugeliang is super intelligent and charming. melts.

Fri - Crosscountry run and Beijing Olympics

Met zf in the morning to board bus.
Crosscountry was rather boring. Haha, i dun like the fact it is being held with the juniors. Sorry but i feel distanced towards them and felt it was rather extra and weird to combine it to be a whole school event.
But there was Benjamin Heng who came and Stars From Beyond. Benjamin is super tall and quite cute lah. SFB are good at their moves, and cute and appreciated their effort to try to get better responses from our school.
Then we had the run. It was a short 2.4 compared to the 3.4 we've been training. And most juniors are just walking.

Had lunch with zhuofei, jiaqi and cam at KFC at ws. The food was great, I really enjoyed just leisurely chatting with them about stuffs. Spend some time catching up with each other. Yup.

Then there is the Beijing Olympics at night.
Omg. it was really really good. Awesome and i am super impressed by the bird nest, fireworks, the many many performers, and technological effects.
It was a display of the ancient China's arts and culture, greatest inventions.
I am super super impressed and wonder by how had the organisers planned the ceremony.
Inspired me somehow.

I waited till Singapore team came out at 11pm. Saw lijiawei holding the flag. Then went to bed.

My father spoilt my mood to blog when i just started... by being unresonable and insensitive. And he has this 大男人主义 or watsoeva, or a very conrolling nature. but i blogged till the end.

Wah this is a super long post. I guess there will not be a post as long anymore. Will not spend so much time to blog anymore! haha

wah, early in the morning i woke up to blog leh=)

my family and i went for foot massage together yesterday=) the effects must be really good; we signed up for a 100 plus package for 10 sessions... my mum did the back one, and it was quite horrifying hearing the 'ba ba ba' sound made by the shifu, and then the 'klat'. haha poor mummy...

oh yah, hmmm... me bad bad actually went to watch 我猜我猜我猜猜猜 until 1am. but it was really good, especially the part with the 5 adorable 混血 little kids! damn cute lah, i love kids, they are damn funny, totally dun understand the world of adults, the last kid was a half french half chinese, and his chinese so naturally not fluent got the french 腔 inside...

and i am in love with yet another song by DBSK, 'love in the ice'. its damn good, the singers not only have the looks, but their singing and dancing skills are superb ( i guess ). opps. sorry are as hua chi as others. very very nice will get hooked onto it de=)

got to go brush teeth and eat my breakfast=)

wow, was still deliberating whether or not to continue blogging.
guess i still will! provided that i blog fast and smart=)

hmm... sudden feel that one should be more generous in paying compliments to those u care about or just people around u for all the things they have done well or their efforts. Compliments do work! Not Over generous but those that come from the heart or how u feel at that point. works a million wonders=)

Haha, can't believe it but i am actually starting to blog.
Hmmm, maybe just felt the need for expressing myself somewhere.
To rant, to spell out some emotions.

Okay, yay finally i've got a blog. Zhuofei's right, the influence grew on me unknowingly
while reading people's blog.

I think this week has been overwhelming and tiring. Really, haven't had a night fully given for a break till today. Had a short day for lessons then got tennis. Econs lecturer was Mr Gilbert Lee, hmm, i dun know if i am used to his style of lecturing, but its certainly entertaining. PC stayed in lt and heard Mr Sng's talk, and i realised i actually saw Prof Randy Paush on Oprah. didn't know bout him again till today; last year commencement ceremony was dozing with rest of 4D after the chalet.

From the talk and things ongoing for the past weeks or month, just suddenly felt the urge that i need to immerse myself in life, enjoy and that there are so many things it struck me that i have overlooked. Hopefully that this will continue to hit on me and remind me of all the goodness there for me to capture from now on.

Want go home with the *jia fei miao* members more often. yay.

oh, and yeah i have just been obsessed with this song 'Doushite Kimi Wo Suki Ni Natte Shimattan Darou?' by DBSK. yup yup it means why have i fallen in love with you, sth like that. quite nice, love all the voices. but i just cannot sing like them, too fast le the words.

heehee spend so much time to write one post! shall think whether to blog or not to anymore. haha, rest well eveybody. get recharged and enjoy the weekend=)
